- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems;
- Collect, compile, and analyze data to support decision-making processes;
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel;
- Help develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies;
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and workflow;
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative functions more than 2+ years;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Environment and other relevant software applications (mandatory);
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
