Manage Stellantis day-to-day accounting operations executed under the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) 3rd Party service providers with a focus on high-volume transaction with medium or complexity (manual data entry, master data, payment/collection transactions, intercompany). This organization provides accounts payable, accounts Receivable and specialized Intercompany services in a centralized and very cost efficient solution.
Requisitos
- Master’s Degree Required
- Strong Finance/Accounting background preferred with Internal Control experience
- Proactive business style, Self-directed, dynamic and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a highly challenging and changing environment
- Highly collaborative; aligns effectively with Peers and Business Partners to deliver results while maximizing the success of all contributors
- Skilled communicator
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Fluent in English
- Solid work experience in Finance with experience with/within a shared services environment or in a transformation/transversal management capacity
- Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership (internally and externally), and influence Peers and Senior Management in a complex, geographically dispersed matrix organization
- Proven relationship builder, able to operate within a multitude of formal and informal networks while managing the competing interests of varied stakeholders
- Business acumen to develop effective partnerships with key stakeholders and provide a strategic perspective in discussions and communications; including framing the needs of Finance and other Stellantis stakeholders
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Ability to set priorities and to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple tasks/projects at the same time
