-Generate and update the Plant’s project timing based on the customer timing.
-Responsible for coordinating material requirements to meet customer requirements throughout launch process
-Develop, maintain and distribute Product Launch Status Sheets
-Initiates and updates related project documentation for all the launches within the Plant (Timing plans, MPT checklist)
-Coordinates the materials availability for the line debugging, training and trials.
-Assures the communication of all product , process required changes/updates, including the related costs, within the Plant’s team
-Organize and drive all the project related meetings within the Plant in order to reflect the update status of project launches
-Ensure critical gates and dates in the process are met, data/updates are coordinated and fulfilled timely and per deadlines as assigned.
-Execute launch team leadership across the assigned project(s). Seek team input to promote rapid resolution to issues; Establish objectives and goals and provides -direction to project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment
-Meet delivery requirements, while also driving plant APQP activities (advanced Quality Planning, PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan, etc…)
-Coordinate all activities to meet project milestones for equipment installation and process validation (PV Build deliverables, Run-at-Rate, PV Parts and assemblies)
-Manage customer visits, events and deliverables associated with the launch of a new product/process
-Manage effective communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business
Requisitos
- Academic background relevant to the position
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Experience in the area (preferable)
