Psycho-technical tests are an example of this, as they enable us to define the required profiles in order to foresee how each job applicant will fit into the required job in functional, personal, aptitude, and motivational terms. We ensure that our technical Human Resources staff is certified by awarding ‘Technical Skill Certificates’. We guarantee that our services are performed by specialised, qualified, and technically licensed professionals in Recruitment and Selection processes.
